We handle sensitive information every day of the week, sometimes the type of information that could be front page news tomorrow.  It is often company-based, but we must remember that 50% of a successful assignment is a happy and valued candidate, who has the utmost trust for the company representing him or her.

Industry research / company mapping

In strong growth cycles, some clients have asked us to conduct competitor analysis or company mapping.  This can an invaluable tool when building competitive compensation and benefits policies however, the information gathered can only be presented in an anonymous format.

Management evaluation

As part of a third party evaluation during the recruitment process, Sapsed Stevens Ltd will meet and assess by interview the competency of any internal candidates that have been recommended by the client.
